Posti Sustainable Packaging Venture
Validated direction
A seven-person venture team explored how Posti could help businesses reduce packaging waste. As Product Lead and Lead Designer, I helped map the end-to-end packaging journey, synthesise research, and shape three service directions around eliminating, reusing, and reducing packaging. We then turned venture goals into hypotheses, weekly experiments, success criteria, and a documented body of learning.

Complex operational UX
As UX/UI Designer, I designed mobile workflows for transferring large video files over unreliable connections without interrupting reporting. The work covered proxy creation, parallel and background uploads, visible status, annotation, batch captioning, and recovery. A high-fidelity prototype aligned the mobile developer and stakeholders around the direction.
